The 2023 NASAA Enforcement Training will be held March 7-9, at the Hilton St. Louis Ballpark Hotel in Saint Louis, Missouri. Travel days for the training are Monday, March 6, and the afternoon of Thursday, March 9.  We’re looking forward to seeing you again for a great few days of learning!

The NASAA Enforcement Training is a two-and-a-half-day training program designed to educate learners on current enforcement-focused hot topics and to help build skills to assist participants to advance along their career paths. This year's Enforcement Training agenda was developed by the Enforcement Section’s Training Project Group and features speakers from state and provincial securities regulatory agencies and from a variety of industry-related organizations. There are two tracks offered in this Enforcement Training program and attendees are encouraged to select either Track 1 (Investigator) or Track 2 (Attorney) to best fit with their goals and areas of specialty.

We encourage anyone who is new to securities regulation to take the Fundamentals of State Securities Regulation training track prior to attending this training. 

COVID-19 Recommendations and Accommodations

NASAA has updated its COVID-19-related requirements for in-person events. Attendees are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result. NASAA strongly recommends that attendees stay up to date on their vaccinations and take a rapid test immediately before traveling to a NASAA event. If you test positive, please attend the event virtually. NASAA will make rapid tests and masks available onsite. Anyone who experiences COVID-19 symptoms or learns they have tested positive during an event will be expected to leave the meeting space and attend the event virtually.  Please note that these requirements may change depending on developments in pandemic conditions. Reimbursement Information:

• Coach class airfare (lowest available non-refundable fare with a 30-day advance purchase recommended).
• The NASAA room rate plus taxes and fees over the meeting dates. If you need or intend to stay at the hotel longer than the specified meeting dates, please contact us by email at register@nasaa.org as soon as possible.  In some cases, we are able to provide the NASAA room rate for extra nights, but in other cases we cannot.  Also, NASAA will not reimburse any night not approved in advance, or any amount above the NASAA room rate.
• Maximum daily qualifying personal expenses of $45. How do I get started?

• Email Kaprina Robinson to request a Concur account. Concur will send you a welcome email with a time-sensitive link, user id (your email address) and temporary password.
• Log into the Concur website using your email address and the temporary password provided in the welcome email. After logging in, you should see the Concur Home screen

• The St. Louis Lambert International Airport is approximately 14 miles away from the hotel. The following services are available for your ground transportation to/from Lambert International Airport:

1. Uber/Lyft: $40 one-way approximately
2. Taxi-cab: $30 one-way approximately

• If you choose to drive rather than fly to the training, you must provide a printed price quote showing what the cost of coach class airfare would have been. The total cost of your ground travel must not exceed the reimbursable cost of a coach class ticket. This includes ALL expenses such as incremental lodging, per diem, parking and any other costs incurred due to driving versus air travel. All requests for personal vehicle mileage must show the actual number of miles driven. NASAA will reimburse your mileage based upon the IRS standard mileage rate effective at the time of travel.
• Parking - The hotel offers valet parking at a rate of $45 for valet parking with in and out privileges, and $35 for self-parking with in and out privileges.
